The Mega-9 compatible designed for percision indexed 9-speed shifting performance. The rubber boot keeps mud, dirt,and water out of the inner cable. With an all alloy constuction to reduce weight, but maintains the strength. The GS version is medium cage for freeriding/downhilling (i.e. those who run 2 or 1 front chainrings).
